We will gladly offer you a full refund on the monthly fee paid by you, if you cancel your account, for any reason, within thirty (30) days of activation of your account.  If you had chosen to port (move) your existing number to CitéNet and then cancel your service within thirty (30) days, a charge of $75 will apply for the process of porting & releasing your phone number.

You will be responsible for all long distance calls made and not included in the monthly calling plan. The following conditions apply if you make use of the CitéNet promotional offer and cancel your CitéNet VoiceCool account within thirty (30) days:
1.    The Money Back Guarantee applies only to first-time CitéNet customers.
2.    You must email us at billing@citenet.net indicating you intention to cancel your service, and receive confirmation via email that your request has been received.
3.    You must return the VoiceCool VoIP Phone Adapter and all other accessories to CitéNet, undamaged and in the original packing within ten (10) days of your cancellation.
4.    All returned equipment must be fully usable and in good working condition, in the original packaging, with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, accessories, manuals and documentation must be returned.
5.    If you do not return the equipment within ten (10) days of your cancellation date, a disconnection fee of $139.99 will apply.
