| 1. | The referred customer must subscribe to a one-year term with FastPath™ Secure or FastPath™ HomeNet. |
| 2. | Customers who refer clients to subscribe to a Dial-up Internet plan or LightPath™ will not be entitled to the referral credits. |
| 3. | The referred customer must be a paying CitéNet customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives their referral credit. |
| 4. | Credits are given for referrals of NEW customers only. Upgrades to current accounts, renewals, or new accounts for existing customers are not eligible for referral credits. A new customer is defined as a person or household who has not been a customer of our Internet service during the past three months. |
| 5. | You may refer an unlimited number of customers per month. |
| 6. | Referral credits are applied to you upon our receipt of your referred customer's payment for service. |
| 7. | Only one referring account can be credited per new account. In other words, we will not offer double credits for any referral. Once a valid account has been presented as the referring account, this cannot be changed at a later date. |
| 8. | Referral credits are non-exchangeable, non-transmissible, non-refundable, and are not redeemable as cash. |
| 9. | If a referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeit. |
| 10. | CitéNet reserves the right to alter or discontinue this referral program at any time. |
